Coach Josie

Coach Josie is a dedicated co-owner of Apostle Jiu-Jitsu and our Academy's Program Director, bringing over 15 years of teaching experience. Skilled at working with children of all ages up to 18 years old, she brings incredible patience and a nurturing approach to her classes. With extensive experience in women's self-defense, she empowers her students with valuable skills and confidence. Known for her engaging and enjoyable teaching style, she creates a fun learning environment in the Little Samurai class, where her students thrive. In her role as Program Director, Coach Josie runs the teen volunteering program, oversees all store operations—including inventory, memberships, registrations, and finances—and coordinates seminars and all Apostle events. Combining her business keen judgment and enthusiasm, Coach Josie inspires the next generation of Jiu-Jitsu practitioners.
